Joshua Olumuyiwa Oluokun, an Agricultural Economics graduate of the University of Pretoria, is a strategic agribusiness leader with more than 18 years of experience, driving farmer‑centred value chains across sub‑Saharan Africa. As Head of Agribusiness at SE Holdings he directs a multidisciplinary team, provides integrated agronomic and technical support to over 1 000 farmers cultivating 10 000 ha, and manages a R400 million investment portfolio that powers 80+ mechanisation, irrigation and infrastructure projects. Leveraging SE Holdings’ proprietary Digi30 profiling framework, he channels capital and services to the most bankable growers while sustaining a 95 % revolving‑fund recovery rate. Joshua alongside SE Holdings Management has mobilised R400 million in blended finance for equipment and input credit and co‑secured R2 billion in multi‑year offtake agreements with blue‑chip partners such as Tiger Brands, Pepsico and AGT Foods, underscoring his record of translating strategy into bankable, climate‑smart supply chains.

Nompumelelo (“Mpumi”) Maesela is a seasoned corporate‑finance and impact‑investment strategist with more than 15 years’ experience spearheading landmark BBBEE transactions—including the R1 billion FirstRand Empowerment Trust and the R7 billion Anglo Inyosi deal—while simultaneously channeling capital and advisory support to women‑owned rural enterprises. As Chief Executive Officer of SE Holdings (South Africa) she has mobilised over R200 million for small‑holder mechanisation and infrastructure and secured R3 billion in offtake agreements with leading agri‑food corporations. Her stewardship of an Enterprise Development Fund has financed 167 small farmers at a 90 % repayment rate, coupling finance with market access and technical support. Mpumi holds master’s degrees from Stanford SEED and IE Business School, a H Dip Tax from Wits, and a BCom from the University of KwaZulu‑Natal, underpinning her strategic leadership of climate‑smart, regenerative agribusiness initiatives
